Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial
No payment method is required to start a trial. When the trial ends or credits are exhausted, you must choose a paid plan to continue running forecasts.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal from Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. Unused credits do not roll over unless stated in your plan. Contact support for billing errors within 14 days.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we retry automatically and may enter a grace period before restricting new forecasts. Update your payment method in Billing to avoid interruption.
