1. Service

Waave provides AI-assisted trend forecasting for e-commerce sellers. Forecasts are probabilistic guidance based on available market signals — not guaranteed outcomes.

2. Accounts & trials

New workspaces receive a 14-day free trial with a limited credit allowance. When the trial ends or credits are exhausted, you must select a paid plan to run new forecasts. Past reports remain viewable in read-only mode.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew monthly via Stripe. Horizon length and signal sources are included per tier — individual horizons are not sold separately. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation terms.

4. Acceptable use

You may not abuse free trials, scrape the service, or use Waave for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Limitation of liability

H2O Digital Solutions provides Waave "as is." We are not liable for business decisions made based on forecast outputs. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
